Job summary

Databalance is seeking a Business Controller to act as the financial sparring partner for the board and operational management in a dynamic IT environment. You will develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and reports (including Power BI), analyze revenue and cost flows in managed service contracts, and draft budgets and forecasts.

Collaboration with operations, sales and IT is key to strengthening financial processes and profitability.

Qualifications

• Analytical finance professional capable of translating data into strategic advice.
• Experience building KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Strong collaboration with operations, sales and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as financial sparring partner for board and management.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and Power BI reports.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts and monthly reports.
• Identify deviations and drive improvements with operations and sales.
