Job summary

Basic-Fit is seeking a Business Controller to support the strategy of Basic-Fit and act as a sparring partner for stakeholders. You’ll focus on partnering with the DACH region to develop the network through existing operations and expansion via organic growth and acquisitions.

You will join the Business Control team, a multinational group delivering high-quality financial analyses. The role requires a finance background, strong communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-growing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Economics (HBO/WO).
• Minimum 3 years working experience, of which 5 years in Business Control.
• Self-starter with strong team skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to influence.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Dutch or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and attend Business Review Meetings between operational management and the Board (CEO, CFO, COO & CCO).
• Ensure timely submission of deliverables, driving good decision-making through financial and commercial analysis.
• Improve the quality of management reports and business analysis.
• Be a key player in the rolling forecast process.
• Be a liaison between the Business and the Finance department.
• Identify and address possible business process improvements.
• Contribute to various companywide projects and working groups.
