Difuzed BV in the Netherlands is seeking a Financial & Business Controller who will safeguard the company’s financial health and support strategic decision making. You will work closely with the CEO and CFO to translate data into actionable insights, build robust forecasting, and drive performance across the business.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related field.
Extensive experience in controlling/finance.
Ability to challenge stakeholders and advise.
Experience leading a small team.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Shape the financial strategy and drive performance.
Prepare budgets, forecasts and multi-year plans.
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and variance analyses.
Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance.
Analyze margins, costs and ROI scenarios.
Act as sparring partner for executives.
Coordinate audits and liaise with banks and tax advisors.
Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems.
