Job summary

Paramelt is seeking a Business Analyst to work with the Executive Team on analyzing performance and shaping long-term strategy. You will identify improvement opportunities, support strategic decisions, and contribute to M&A activities as well as transformation projects in supply chain, AI, and sustainability.

You'll operate at the intersection of business and IT, translating data into actionable insights and ensuring processes align with goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Interest in industrial environments including supply chain, AI, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance and support development of the Group strategy.
• Develop business cases, scenarios and management reports.
• Support M&A activities including target analysis and due diligence.
• Collaborate with IT on systems improvement and data-driven initiatives.
• Identify AI and analytics opportunities to improve decision making.
• Monitor sustainability targets and support energy, water and waste initiatives.
