ABF Bearings, a financially stable, international company, is seeking a Pricing & Data Analyst to own pricing and product data for over 100k products, impacting purchasing, sales, inventory, searchability and profitability across millions of records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, pricing, master data, or business process improvement.
• Higher professional education completed.
• Excellent Excel skills; Power Query or SQL is a strong advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle JDE is a plus).
• Affinity with automation, AI tools, and data-quality management.
• Strong analytical thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written English (minimum B2).
• The confidence to work independently while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Determine logical gross prices where market data is unavailable.
• Build and maintain pricing across 100K+ unique products.
• Improve ERP master data quality through continuous monitoring.
• Detect duplicates, inconsistencies, and data-quality issues using automation and AI.
• Lead data improvement projects with Product Owners and IT specialists.
• Become the go-to expert for product data and pricing within the purchasing department.
