Job summary

Amazon Development Center Netherlands B.V. is seeking a Business Affairs Executive for the EUX team to manage complex deal structures across talent, development and rights acquisitions for Prime Video and Amazon Studios in the EUX region.

You will work with Legal, Production, Finance, and Creative teams, advising senior executives under tight deadlines and navigating cross-border deals with production companies and IP rights. Strong drafting, negotiation, and language skills are essential.

Qualifications

Law or business degree required.
Experience with complex commercial agreements (rights, licenses, production, talent agreements) in the entertainment industry.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English and Dutch (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

Support complex deal structures for talent agreements, development, co-productions and rights acquisitions.
Collaborate with Legal, Production, Finance, and Creative teams to align deal terms with vision and business objectives.
Provide timely, practical advice to senior executives under time-sensitive conditions.
Engage with external partners to support successful deal outcomes through risk analysis and clear judgment.
Support deal plans implementation in line with Amazon Studios' content direction.
Monitor industry trends and maintain relationships with agencies, law firms, and other stakeholders.
