Job summary

Cognite is seeking a Business Development Director within our Supply Chain CoE in Amsterdam to drive growth by winning new supply chain business. You will lead cross-functional deal teams and build ROI-based cases for C-level buyers.

You will shape territory strategy, generate pipeline, and collaborate with Product and Marketing to translate market insights into product strategy while forecasting bookings in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing or industrial sales.
• 7+ years selling enterprise software to C-level executives.
• Proven SaaS bookings track record in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Territory & CoE strategy development and execution.
• Pipeline generation and enterprise deal closing with cross-functional teams.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and negotiate pricing with executives.
• Forecast monthly/quarterly bookings and maintain Salesforce records.
• Collaborate with Product & Marketing to feed market insights into strategy.
