Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Communications in an international B2B setting, preferably tech/semiconductors
• Advanced copywriting and communication expertise
• Experience with integrated campaign management
• Familiarity with AI-enabled communication tools
• Understanding of semiconductor markets or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing communication campaigns from planning through execution.
• Develop compelling content tailored to multiple audiences across channels.
• Drive strategic event planning and execution.
• Serve as the primary communications interface for designated Business Groups.
• Define campaign objectives, messaging, tactics and measurement frameworks.
• Analyze campaign and channel performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage communication plans for product introductions and strategic initiatives.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to enhance content creation and audience engagement.
• Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all touchpoints.
