Job summary

DSV in the Netherlands is hiring an Operational Key Account Manager for the Rozenburg healthcare operation. You will serve as the key link between customers and the healthcare team, driving commercial and operational opportunities while maintaining strong customer service focus.

You will share market trends, aviation news and KPI updates with team leads and managers, participate in MBRs and QBRs, and excel in customer-centric project leadership. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of work experience in freight forwarding in air cargo.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and enthusiasm in presentations.
• Ability to present to team and customers with clarity and energy.
• Possibility to apply for a Certificate of No Objection (VGB).
• Good command of Dutch and English for communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact between customers and operational freight forward colleagues.
• Identify customer needs and advise on new opportunities with a focus on service.
• Discuss market trends and air cargo news with team leads and manager.
• Present KPI updates in MBRs/QBRs to improve operations and customer outcomes.
• Lead projects and collaborate with healthcare department to enhance customer orientation.
