Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking Deployment Strat egists to act as customer-facing advisors, defining AI strategy and shaping agentic solutions for enterprise clients. You will translate complex challenges into deployments that go live, delivering measurable value within typically short engagements.

You will own end-to-end delivery, run AI strategy workshops, coordinate with delivery engineers, manage stakeholders in public sector contexts, and ensure adoption and governance across implementations.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• 4+ years in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS tech.
• Experience delivering customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
• Customer-facing delivery experience required (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
• Understanding of Salesforce platform, Agentic AI capabilities, and Data Cloud.
• Programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end from discovery to outcomes.
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design and responsible AI practices.
• Strong project/program management to handle multiple work-streams in ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Ownership: lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle.
• AI Strategy & Architecture: define agentic AI strategy and roadmap; run design workshops.
• Deployment Oversight & Program Management: manage delivery timelines, risks, and reporting.
• Adoption & Consumption: own adoption metrics and drive value realization.
• Delivery Team Coordination: work with Forward Deployed Engineers to stay on track.
• AI-Supported Development: develop real customer solutions using AI tools.
• Customer Stakeholder Management: engage with Government, Nonprofit, and Education sectors.
• AI Readiness: assess readiness and guide change management.
• Product Feedback Loop: feed insights into Salesforce Agentic AI roadmap.
