Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Comfort engaging in deal conversations and navigating enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clear communication.
• Proven track record of delivering results in ambiguous projects.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end, from use case to deal closure.
• Embed yourself within strategic customers and act as a trusted partner.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate on solutions.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents.

Skills

3+ years of customer-facing technical experience

Product development and change management experience
