Job summary

TCS Netherlands seeks an experienced procurement professional to ensure timely ordering of non-IT goods, services and related documentation, enabling smooth supplier payments and compliant processes.

You will collaborate with Admin and offshore procurement teams to implement cost-effective, transparent sourcing and to support the Facilities function with vendor management improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, administration or vendor management.
• Knowledge of Dutch and good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Admin Procurement team activities and monitor performance.
• Identify gaps and propose process improvements in procurement.
• Select multiple suppliers, coordinate tenders, and negotiate terms and conditions.
• Organize Procurement Committee meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
• Assist in budgeting, AOP preparation, and variance analysis for admin and building budgets.
• Support invoicing by verifying documents and resolving supplier issues.
• Maintain Admin Procurement reports and documentation.
