Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, or category management within a large international organization.
• Proven ability to lead high-value RFx programs and negotiate significant procurement agreements.
• Experience coaching procurement professionals and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of procurement governance, risk management, compliance, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify sourcing requirements, category needs, and procurement priorities.
• Develop and execute category strategies, sourcing plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Research market trends, supplier landscapes, and emerging opportunities to support informed decision-making.
• Drive strategic sourcing activities across technology-related categories and high-value spend areas.
• Lead complex sourcing projects from initiation through contract execution.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide procurement expertise and strategic guidance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple regions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor procurement professionals by sharing best practices in negotiations, analysis, and sourcing methodologies.
• Influence decision-making and build strong relationships across global matrix organizations.
• Manage the full sourcing lifecycle, including supplier identification, RFX development, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Design and manage sourcing events while ensuring competitive supplier participation.
• Analyze supplier proposals and provide recommendations based on commercial, technical, and risk considerations.
• Lead complex contract negotiations and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Support supplier onboarding, contract implementation, and transition activities.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, risk management standards, and third-party compliance requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance through established metrics and performance reviews.
• Conduct supplier engagement sessions to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Assess product and service quality against contractual commitments and performance expectations.
• Support strategic supplier relationship management initiatives.
• Drive the transition toward a category-led procurement approach that enhances strategic value creation.
• Foster adoption of category management practices across global teams and locations.
• Enable procurement transformation through collaboration, capability building, and process optimization.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, sustainability, and long-term business value.
