Job summary

Driscoll’s is seeking an Account Manager DACH to manage and grow key customer relationships across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will own the full commercial cycle from strategic planning to day-to-day execution while ensuring service levels and profitability.

Work with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Customer Excellence to develop account plans and translate opportunities into growth. Fluent in German and English; travel about 30% to support customers and fairs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
2-5 years of experience in Account Management or similar.
Experience in international environment is desirable.
Affinity with retail/FMCG/food industries.

Responsibilities

Deliver sales, volume, and profitability targets across customer accounts.
Develop and execute account plans aligned with regional objectives.
Manage day-to-day communication with customers on pricing, volumes, and market developments.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Identify opportunities and translate into growth plans.
Ensure accurate processing of sales orders per procedures.
Monitor performance against budget and forecasts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service levels.
