Job summary

Huxley in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst or Product Owner to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA deployment programme. This business-facing role focuses on adoption and execution of an already-designed solution, coordinating stakeholders, gathering requirements, and ensuring business readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle.

You will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translate requirements into deployment activities, drive engagement

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst, Product Owner or similar role.
• Experience working on SAP programmes, ideally involving S/4HANA transformations or deployments.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Deliver (OTD) processes.
• Knowledge of EDI integrations and interfacing within SAP environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Location: Netherlands or Belgium (Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite in Amersfoort)

Contract Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months +

Language: English required, Dutch is advantageous but not essential

The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst or Product Owner to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA deployment programme. This is a business-facing role focused on driving successful adoption and execution of an already-designed solution rather than building or configuring the SAP platform itself. You will play a critical role in coordinating stakeholders, managing requirements, supporting deployment activities, and ensuring business readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle. This is a highly visible programme with significant business impact, requiring an individual who is proactive, independent and comfortable operating in a high-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams during the SAP S/4HANA deployment
• Translate business requirements into actionable deployment and implementation activities
• Drive stakeholder engagement across multiple functions and workstreams
• Coordinate deployment activities and ensure alignment with programme objectives
• Support business readiness, process adoption and change communication
• Facilitate workshops, requirements discussions and decision-making sessions
• Monitor risks, dependencies and delivery milestones
• Ensure effective communication of project priorities, actions and outcomes

Required Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst, Product Owner or similar role
• Experience working on SAP programmes, ideally involving S/4HANA transformations or deployments
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Deliver (OTD) processes
• Knowledge of EDI integrations and interfacing within SAP environments
• Experience working with MSP-related interfaces is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Transportation Management (TM) processes would be a strong advantage
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience operating within complex, high-pressure project environments

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will bring a broad functional SAP background and be able to combine business analysis expertise with strong delivery and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience spanning OTD, EDI and Transportation Management (TM).
