Job summary

Inditex is seeking an Operational Store Deputy in Groningen, NL. You will own the operational flow from delivery to shop floor, ensuring product availability and overall store performance.

You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and Store Manager, coordinating entrances, replenishment, fittings, tills and daily customer experience. The role demands ownership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have full authorization to work in the EU without sponsorship.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, operational retail environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in sales areas including entrance, maintenance, replenishment, fitting rooms and tills.
• Lead and develop the store team to ensure efficient performance and coverage.
• Analyze customer flow to maximise coverage and monitor KPIs.
• Maintain operational standards and support security and Health & Safety procedures.
• Support sustainability commitments in daily operations.
