Job summary

INDITEX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Pull&Bear in Breda, Netherlands. You will support the Store Manager, lead on the shop floor, and own responsibilities to deliver an exceptional store experience aligned with the brand.

You will drive performance through KPI monitoring, product placement, and efficient deliveries while developing the team through onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching. A hands-on, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Leads by example on the shop floor to motivate and develop the team.
• Delivers a high-quality customer experience in line with brand standards.
• Manages day-to-day operations and visual merchandising to drive KPIs.
• Supports recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Ensures health & safety, security, and sustainable store practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and own areas of responsibility on the shop floor.
• Lead product placement, replenishment, deliveries, and store readiness for key trading moments.
• Assist in scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Maintain brand visual guidelines and ensure consistency across the store.
• Handle customer queries with confidence and uphold store standards.
