Job summary

COPENHAGEN STUDIOS GmbH in Amsterdam is seeking a Store Manager (M/W/D) to open our new shop in De Negen Straatjes. This full-time role combines business leadership with customer care and team development.

You will lead a fashion‑forward team, deliver outstanding service, manage inventory, and coordinate with the Area Manager and headquarters. Starting 01.09.26 with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in a managerial role.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong service orientation and sales skills; excellent communication.
• Good numeracy and organizational skills; above-average commitment.

For our store opening in Amsterdam – De Negen Straatjes, we are looking for a Store Manager (M/W/D) , full-time, starting 01.09.26.

Responsibilities

• Managing the store from a business perspective
• Providing intensive, service‑oriented customer care and actively promoting sales
• Leading, coaching, and motivating the entire store team, including training new employees
• Serving as a role model for employees, as well as managing staff scheduling and vacation planning
• Inventory management, including reordering merchandise and monitoring incoming shipments
• Working closely with the Area Manager and headquarters
• Implementing sales‑promoting activities

Requirements

• Ability to work well in a team and leadership experience
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory
• Talent for leading and motivating a team
• Strong service orientation and sales skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Organizational skills and a very good understanding of numbers
• Above‑average commitment
• Passion for fashion and trends
