Job summary

TalentED is seeking a Store Manager (m/f) to play a key role in growing store revenue and embody a leadership style with a 360° vision. You will monitor KPIs, lead a mid-sized team, and ensure excellence in inventory, cash handling, merchandising, and maintenance.

You will motivate your team, develop Team Leaders through regular briefings and feedback, and manage back-office operations along with budget dashboards.

Qualifications

• You have proven experience in retail management and leading mid-sized teams (between 5 and 10 employees), with a thorough understanding of the retail environment.
• Your analytical skills, your ability to delegate, and your capacity to energetically motivate and support your teams will enable you to achieve a common goal: to perform together!
• You are passionate about fashion and retail.
