Job summary

WE Fashion is seeking a Store Manager for a WE Store in the Netherlands. You will lead and coach a motivated team, ensuring excellent customer service, strong product knowledge and a compelling shopping experience.

You will be responsible for store performance, turnover, and daily operations to exceed quarterly targets. The role offers room for innovation and personal growth, with WE Academy education opportunities, a 20% store discount, pension and insurance packages, and a generous public
