Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in store management and in a leadership role.
• Passion for sales and customer service with openness towards all people.
• Curiosity and understanding of fashion/footwear trends; affinity for social media.
• Results-oriented approach with an eye for retail KPIs and details.

• You create a positive working atmosphere, coach and train new colleagues, and help everyone develop.
• You monitor the commercial success of your store, track KPIs and intervene to maintain high performance.
• With Area Management, HR and Retail Operations you plan how your team can develop the store and increase brand awareness.
• You are reliable and find solutions for challenges and support your team when needed.
