Bershka Maastricht is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and oversee key areas on the shop floor. You will lead by example, motivate the team, and ensure brand standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will monitor performance using KPIs, manage stock and replenishment, and organize deliveries for key trading moments to keep the store efficient. You will also coordinate scheduling and onboarding in partnership with HR to develop the team.

Formación

• Experience in retail management or assistant management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager and take ownership of your areas on the shop floor.
• Lead by example to motivate the team and ensure the Bershka brand standards in every customer interaction.
• Monitor store KPIs and use commercial tools to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Coordinate scheduling, contribute to recruitment, and partner with HR for onboarding and ongoing development.
