Job summary

The Boolchand Group is seeking a Sales Associate - Electronics to join our retail team. You will drive sales, lead store staff, and ensure exceptional customer service across our electronics offerings.

The role focuses on strong performance management, inventory control, and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced setting. Key requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years in sales, and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team in a management role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and POS software; solid computer skills.
• Flexible work schedule and regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs, set goals, and drive sales results.
• Lead and develop store employees through training and feedback.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and store meetings.
• Oversee inventory, stock levels, cycle counts, and ERP/POS accuracy.
• Ensure SOP compliance for opening/closing, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Submit performance reports and coordinate with areas like Logistics, Purchasing, Finance.
• Uphold customer service standards and resolve escalated complaints.
