The Boolchand Group is seeking a Store Manager for Boolchand's Electronics Retail to lead store operations, drive sales, and elevate the customer experience. You will manage a dynamic team, oversee inventory, and ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a team leadership role.
• Strong English communication.
• Proficient with MS Office and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store sales performance and KPIs; set goals and act on trends.
• Lead, coach, and develop store staff; conduct evaluations.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and holidays.
• Oversee promotions and ensure proper campaign execution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and loss prevention procedures.
• Prepare and present weekly reports to Area Manager.
