Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment.
• Understand the market and identify opportunities to drive store profitability.
• Ambassador for partner networks and building strong relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute store operations through your team on scheduled shifts and ensure coverage.
• Analyze data and store observations to inform decisions that improve customer and store performance.
• Work with store leaders to forecast and schedule to manage labor within budgets and recruit top talent.
• Roll out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive business results.
• Support partner development through coaching and building relationships to understand needs.
