Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a Store Manager in the Netherlands to steer daily store operations with your team, ensuring opening/closing and weekend coverage. You will analyse data and customer signals to improve store performance and profitability, while leading recruitment and development of diverse talent to meet store needs.

You will partner with store leaders to forecast and schedule within budget, roll out new initiatives and champion Starbucks culture across partners and customers.

• Experience leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment.
• Champions Starbucks mission and values to create the customer/partner experience.
• Understands market, competition and opportunities to drive store profitability.
