The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance and operation of the store, including sales, staff management, inventory control, customer service, and customer experience. The role focuses on leadership, accountability, planning, and business performance. The Store Manager may also perform Supervisor duties when needed.

What You'll Do

• Monitor store sales performance and KPIs, including Conversion, ADS, UPT, and Attach Rate.
• Set daily and weekly sales goals, identify opportunities, and implement action plans based on sales trends.
• Ensure promotional campaigns are properly executed.
• Lead, coach, train, and manage store employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development.
• Manage discipline, attendance, behavior, schedules, shifts, and vacation requests.
• Conduct store meetings and communicate company expectations.

Inventory & store Operations

• Maintain overall accountability for inventory, including stock levels, aging, shrinkage, cycle counts, and annual inventory.
• Review ERP/POS reports and oversee markdowns, transfers, and stock adjustments.
• Ensure loss prevention procedures, SOPs, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling standards are followed.
• Monitor operational risks and handle escalated operational or customer issues.

Reporting & Communication

• Submit weekly reports to the Area Manager and communicate operational, staffing, and inventory concerns.
• Review store performance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Purchasing, and Finance as needed.

Customer Experience

• Maintain high customer service standards throughout the store.
• Handle major customer complaints and escalated issues.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.

What You Bring To The Table

• Strong communication skills in English.
• 3+ years of retail sales experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience leading a team in a management role.
• A natural ability to motivate, guide, and inspire a team.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), POS software in general, and possess general computer skills.
• A positive, hands-on attitude, you lead by example.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
