Set & Match is seeking a Store Manager for the Tilburg store. You will take full ownership of the store, lead a team of about 12 people, and drive commercial performance while delivering exceptional customer experience in a dynamic retail setting.

We are currently looking for a Store Manager to join a well-known international retail brand and take responsibility for its store in Tilburg, the Netherlands.

This is an important location for the brand, with a team of approximately 12 people, so we are looking for someone with strong experience in people management, organisation, commercial performance and team development.

As Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for the store, combining leadership, commercial performance, operational excellence and customer experience.

Your main responsibilities:

• Drive commercial performance by monitoring KPIs, analysing results and implementing action plans to achieve and exceed targets.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of around 12 people, creating a positive, demanding and results-driven environment.
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback, development plans and day-to-day guidance.
• Communicate objectives, results and priorities clearly, ensuring strong team engagement and collective accountability.
• Deliver a high level of customer experience, maintaining strong service standards and brand image in a busy retail environment.
• Oversee all operational aspects of the store: stock, cash handling, deliveries, backroom organisation, inventories and compliance with internal procedures.
• Manage the store back office and organisation: scheduling, team structure, recruitment needs, HR follow-up and administrative tasks.
• Monitor key management indicators and the store budget.
• Work closely with the Area Manager and other departments to ensure the smooth running and continued development of the store.

The profile we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, ideally within a high-volume or demanding retail environment.
• Strong experience managing and developing teams of around 10-12 people or more.
• Excellent understanding of commercial KPIs and a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to motivate, engage and lead a team towards ambitious objectives.
• Experience in developing talent, coaching teams and supporting individual progression.
• Strong analytical, organisational, planning, delegation and decision-making skills.
• A hands-on, demanding and constructive management style, with the ability to create engagement and maintain high standards.
• Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Genuine interest in retail, product and business performance.
