The Stone Leidschendam is seeking a Store Manager who loves fashion and inspiring customers. You will lead a small team, motivate staff, and create schedules to ensure the store runs smoothly.

Daily new merchandise will keep you up-to-date with the latest trends, while you provide personal fashion advice and maintain a welcoming environment. A positive, ambitious, team-player attitude is essential to succeed and grow within The Stone network.

What will you do as a Store Manager?

At The Stone, your day is varied and time flies by. You will be trained to provide our customers with excellent and personalized fashion advice. You are willing to go the extra mile to make customers feel at home. Almost daily, you will receive new merchandise to present in your store, keeping you up-to-date with the latest trends.You have a genuine passion for the business, and your positivity is contagious. You motivate your team, create effective schedules, and ensure the store runs optimally. You are flexible, a team player, ambitious, and a real go-getter. When things don’t go as planned, you come up with practical and commercial solutions. You do everything possible to keep the store successful.

What started in 1994 with a single store in Delft has grown into a company with more than 50 stores across the country and, since 2009, its own webshop. The Stone continues to grow rapidly both online and offline. Most of our stores are located in smaller cities and towns.
