A store’s success starts with our people. As we prepare for our exciting new Stradivarius opening, we are looking for passionate new talents to join our team and start their journey with us around September.

As a Store Manager, you take full ownership of the store experience, through your team, your product, and the way everything comes together on the shop floor. You create an environment where people feel motivated, included, and confident, while ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the brand at its best.

Your focus is both operational and strategic. You actively monitor performance, using KPIs to identify opportunities and take clear, timely action to drive results. From product placement and replenishment to team planning and store organization, you make decisions that directly impact the store’s success. At the same time, you maintain a strong attention to detail, ensuring the store consistently meets brand standards in presentation, merchandising, and overall experience.

Leading your team is at the core of the role. You take ownership of their development, guiding and supporting them through regular feedback and clear expectations, while building a culture based on trust, respect, and accountability. You collaborate closely with HR, Commercial teams, and Area Management to ensure alignment and deliver shared objectives. You also play a key role in shaping the store culture, driving Diversity & Inclusion through everyday actions, ensuring Health & Safety standards are upheld, and acting as an ambassador for the company’s sustainability commitments.

What you bring: This role suits someone who takes initiative and feels accountable for results. You’re comfortable working with numbers and performance, but just as focused on people and experience. You know how to balance structure with flexibility, and you lead in a way that empowers others while consistently delivering strong commercial outcomes.
