Job summary

lululemon Athletica Inc. in Amsterdam is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of retail operations and drive world-class guest experiences. You will build a diverse, capable team and own talent acquisition strategy with a strong emphasis on inclusion and growth.

Responsibilities include leading recruitment, coaching teams, managing store P&L, budgeting, and planning the labour schedule while maintaining safe, engaging store environments and supporting omnichannel initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of people management experience.
• Legally able to work in the country.
• Willing to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and P&L management in line with goals.
• Oversee recruitment, selection and onboarding with focus on inclusion, diversity, equity and action (IDEA).
• Provide coaching, feedback, mentoring and career development guidance to team members.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and support omnichannel programs (BOPIS, phone sales, ship-from-store).
• Plan schedules according to labour needs and budget considerations.
