Responsibilities

• Partner with the store management team to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards/goals.
• Identify opportunities and collaborate to grow the business or improve performance.
• Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and staff fairly.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are executed consistently.
• Communicate regularly with the buying team on stock levels and assortments.
• Analyze store reports and create action plans to improve results.
• Communicate with staff daily on sales goals and KPIs.
• Lead recruitment, hiring and orientation processes.
