SUIT SUPPLY in ’s-Hertogenbosch is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-volume fashion store, drive sales and service, and mentor a team of 50+ staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will set weekly objectives, manage budgets and P&L, recruit top talent, and ensure visual standards align with brand guidelines. The position offers a competitive salary (€4,000–€7,800/month), a bonus structure, clothing allowance, and employee discounts.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years leading a high-volume store with 50+ staff.
• Strong leadership, coaching and motivation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals.
• Collaborate with training teams to develop a gold standard team.
• Establish weekly/monthly objectives for the team.
• Ensure that all employees present professionally and deliver top customer service.
• Recruit qualified professionals and source top talent in the market.
• Own store P&L and manage budgets (salary, expenses, inventory).
• Ensure merchandise is displayed per visual guidelines.
• Align with HR on policies and development planning for store team.
