Qualificações

• Availability mornings and/or evenings, shifts up to 9 hours with at least one weekend day.
• Must lead by example in punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert: creates experiences and develops relationships, handles concerns positively.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create an unforgettable customer experience with each interaction.
• Own the sales floor and guide the team to prioritize customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, help customers with sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise.
• Engage customers about product details, new products and events; invite them to upcoming events.
• Lead day-to-day store operations when managers are away; maintain standards and processes.
