Job summary

DHL Weert zoekt een Stock Control Officer om toezicht te houden op fysieke voorraad en systeemgegevens in ons drukke magazijn in Weert. Je rapporteert afwijkingen, ondersteunt data-analyse en levert duidelijke inzichten aan het team en klanten.

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag in twee ploegen (06:00–15:00 en 15:00–00:00); in de loop der tijd kan weekenddienst noodzakelijk zijn. Met een focus op nauwkeurigheid en teamwork draag je bij aan een efficiënte operatie.

Qualifications

• Goede beheersing van Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
• Ervaring met magazijnbeheersystemen.
• Ervaring met EPT en reach truck; certificering mogelijk.
• Basis logistieke ervaring.

Responsibilities

• Controleren en rapporteren van inventarisresultaten, tekorten of overschotten oplossen.
• Voorraadniveaus monitoren en systeergegevens bijwerken.
• Informatie verzamelen en rapporten opstellen.
• Fouten in magazijngegevens opsporen en corrigeren.
• Assisteren bij het verbeteren van voorraadbeheer.

As a Stock Control Officer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Your work helps clients receive exactly what they need, precisely when they need it. Good work!

Over de functie

As a Stock Control Officer you are responsible for monitoring both the physical stock and system records, identifying discrepancies, and providing clear visibility of the warehouse for the team and clients. You handle stock differences, process requests, and support improvements in inventory management by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to ensure accurate and up-to-date stock information.

• Checking and reporting inventory results, resolving shortages or surpluses
• Monitoring stock levels and updating system data
• Collecting information and preparing reports
• Detecting and correcting errors in warehouse data
• Assisting in improving inventory management

Working hours

Work takes place Monday to Friday in two shifts:

• 06:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 00:00

After a few weeks, weekend work is also possible.
