Job summary

Manpower in Terneuzen is looking for (apprentice) operators to start a technical career in a manufacturing environment. You will learn by doing, troubleshoot, manage schedules and perform quality checks while working with a team on-site in Terneuzen.

We offer full-time hours (40h/week), pension through Manpower, travel allowance, a temporary contract with Manpower, and access to Manpower Academy e-learning to support your development.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO-4 level in a technical field or a Process Operator B diploma.
• Good command of Dutch due to on-site communication.
• Willingness to work full-time (40 hours per week).
• Possession of a Dutch work permit or EU nationality; VCA VOL certification required.

Working hours

Working hours also depend on the client. In any case, you will be working full‑time for 40 hours per week.

• Minimum MBO‑4 working and thinking level in a technical field or a Process Operator B diploma
• Good command of the Dutch language, due to communication on the work floor
• A Dutch work permit with a validity period of at least 9 months remaining, or EU nationality.
• Availability of at least 40 hours per week
• VCA VOL certification is required for this position. If you do not yet possess this certification, you can obtain it through Manpower!
• A VOG application is part of the onboarding procedure
