Job summary

Manpower in Venlo is seeking operators with internship or prior experience to join one of its client sites. You will act as the hub of the production process, operating machines, monitoring processes, and handling associated administrative tasks.

We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities with potential shift work. A gross monthly salary ranges from €2,700 to €3,500, plus a travel allowance, pension accrual, and access to the Manpower Academy for training and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO level, preferably in engineering, production, or logistics.
• VAPRO A and B certification is a major advantage.
• Experience in a production or operator role is an advantage.
• Good command of Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written, for understanding work instructions.
• Availability of at least 32 hours per week.
• Accurate, responsible, and team-oriented working attitude.

Through Manpower, you will work as a part-time or full-time operator for one of our clients in the Venlo region. In this role, you are the hub of the production process: you operate machines, monitor processes, and keep everything well organized with the associated administrative tasks.
