Job summary

Manpower in the Terneuzen region is seeking several full-time mechanical maintenance technicians. You will diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, calibrate and align machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with the planner for efficient scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have technical MBO-4 level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

As a maintenance technician, you will, for example, be involved in the following activities:

• Diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions to ensure smooth production
• Calibrating and aligning equipment
• Performing preventive maintenance
• Checking component dimensions
• Installing parts and equipment
• Coordinating maintenance tasks and collaborating with the planner and work coordinator for efficient scheduling
• Testing, measuring, and repairing controls and instruments using pneumatic, electrical, and electronic variables
• Documenting failure analyses and collecting data for reliability improvements

Working hours

In this position, you will work full-time, 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Minimum MBO-4 working and thinking level in a technical field
• A Dutch work permit with a validity period of at least 9 months remaining, or EU nationality
• Availability of at least 40 hours per week
• VCA VOL certification is required for this position. If you do not yet possess this certification, you can obtain it through Manpower!
