Manpower zoekt in Dordrecht een Process Operator B voor een industriële opdrachtgever. Je werkt in een 2-2-2 ploegenschema en bewaakt de veilige, betrouwbare en efficiënte werking van productie-installaties, met focus op processen en kwaliteitsnormen.

Het salaris bedraagt 3.100–3.500 euro bruto per maand, inclusief 27,4% ploegentoeslag en reiskostenvergoeding. De functie biedt opleidingskansen via de Manpower Academy en een fulltime dienstverband.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen, bewaken en inspecteren van procesapparatuur en installaties
• Bewaken procescondities, productkwaliteit en operationele prestaties
• Volgen van procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften
• Identificeren, analyseren en oplossen van procesafwijkingen
• Uitvoeren van inspecties en veldcontroles
• Samenwerken met collega’s en ondersteunende afdelingen
• Kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden en preventieve taken
• Zorgen voor effectieve ploegwisselingen
• Ondersteunen bij incidentonderzoeken en verbeterinitiatieven
• Assisteren bij training en mentoring van minder ervaren operators

What you'll be doing

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of production equipment and processes. You will monitor operations, identify deviations and work closely with colleagues to resolve issues and achieve production targets. You will also contribute to improving safety, efficiency and overall plant performance.

• Operating, monitoring and inspecting process equipment and installations
• Monitoring process conditions, product quality and operational performance
• Following established procedures and safety guidelines
• Identifying, analysing and resolving process deviations and operational issues
• Performing inspections and field checks
• Working closely with colleagues and support departments to optimize production processes
• Carrying out minor maintenance and preventive tasks
• Ensuring effective shift handovers
• Supporting incident investigations and improvement initiatives
• Assisting in training and mentoring less experienced operators
• Contributing to continuous improvements in safety, reliability and efficiency
