Job summary

Jefferson Wells in Terneuzen is seeking (apprentice) operators to start soon and learn the trade while earning a good salary. Your day will include troubleshooting malfunctions, managing cutting schedules, performing quality checks, and monitoring the production process.

We offer a full-time 40-hour week, pension through Manpower, travel allowance, a temporary contract, and access to Manpower Academy e-learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO-4 working and thinking level in a technical field or a Process Operator B diploma.
• Good command of the Dutch language for floor communication.
• A Dutch work permit with a validity of at least 9 months remaining, or EU nationality.
• Availability of at least 40 hours per week.
• VCA VOL certification required (or obtainable via Manpower).
• A VOG application is part of onboarding.

Your workday as an operator consists of, for example:
