Job summary

FrieslandCampina in Amersfoort seeks a Commercialisation Project Manager to lead innovation and renovation across Europe. You will manage end-to-end projects through structured gates, coordinating across R&D, QA, finance, marketing, sales and supply chain to deliver on time and on budget.

You will report to the Manager Project Management and work with an international team of ~10 professionals spanning Europe, driving stakeholder alignment and translating business needs into executable plans.

Qualifications

• MSc/MA/MBA with structured problem-solving.
• 4–6 years PM in FMCG/production settings.
• Stage-Gate, NPD packaging, CAPEX business cases.
• English fluent; Dutch on-site communication preferred.
• Valid B-category driver's license for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end projects through gates from initiation to launch.
• Coordinate across R&D, QA, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Lead NPD, new production line, harmonization, supplier transitions, packaging.
• Translate business needs into executable production plans.
• Develop CAPEX business cases with technical and finance teams.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within gates.
• Maintain project docs in Principal Toolbox.
• Identify risks and escalate with creative solutions.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across Europe.
