Job summary

FrieslandCampina, Amersfoort, seeks a Private Label Development Manager to drive commercial excellence for retailer brands across Europe. You will build capabilities, design tools, and lead change initiatives to enable profitable private label growth.

You will collaborate with Commercial Directors Cheese and White Dairy, the Innovation & Growth Director and operating companies, aligning market needs with manufacturing capabilities to win with private label.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Excellence, Category Management, Customer Development or a related commercial function within FMCG.
• Understanding private label ways of working, portfolio development and customer management, translating insights into opportunities.
• Track record in capability building and change management.

Responsibilities

• Embed the developed Private Label capabilities program deeply in the organization through change management.
• Lead Private Label Commercial Excellence: framework, methodologies, playbooks and tools.
• Unlock hurdles for opcos to grow with private label by faster access to information and best practices.
• Develop private label capabilities via capability programs, learning forums, and global collaboration.
• Connect to I&A to build customer and competitor intelligence as a capability.
• Lead the European private label community across opcos for collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Identify barriers for growth and propose unlocks for leadership decision.
