Job summary

White Dairy is seeking a Commercialisation Project Manager to join their Customer Supply Chain team in Amsterdam. You will lead end-to-end commercialization projects, spanning new product development, packaging, sourcing changes, and production improvements across Europe, collaborating closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, QA, Marketing, and Sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, dairy, or production.
• Experience with Stage-Gate project management methodologies.
• Experience coordinating across functions and production sites.
• Knowledge of CAPEX projects and investment/business case development.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Fluent English; Dutch preferred for local site interaction.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to production facilities.

One of our Life Science clients is looking for an experienced Commercialisation Project Manager to join the Customer Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from new product development and packaging innovations to sourcing changes, production improvements, and cost-saving initiatives. You will act as the link between commercial ambitions and operational reality, working closely with teams across R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, QA, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful implementation of projects across Europe.

Your responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization projects from concept through launch.
• Manage projects involving product innovation, packaging, sourcing transitions, and manufacturing improvements.
• Drive projects through a structured Stage-Gate process.
• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions and production sites.
• Build and support CAPEX business cases together with technical and finance teams.
• Manage project scope, risks, timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Ensure clear governance, reporting, and project documentation.

What you'll bring

• At least 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within FMCG, food manufacturing, dairy, or a production environment.

• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in a complex organization.
• Knowledge of CAPEX projects and investment/business case development.
