Job summary

Faststream Recruitment, partnering with a leading cruise brand, seeks an experienced Stage and Production Manager for onboard entertainment teams. You will lead production shows at sea, oversee technical and logistical aspects, and manage stage crew and support staff across a rotating schedule.

Candidates should have theatre, events, or cruise entertainment production experience, with strong show calling, cueing, and stage technology knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in stage or production management in theatre, events, or cruise entertainment.
• Strong knowledge of show calling, cueing, and stage technologies.
• Leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential.
• STCW Basic Safety Training is preferred or the willingness to obtain it.

Faststream Recruitment is partnering with a globally recognised cruise brand to recruit experienced Stage and Production Managers for onboard entertainment teams. The role involves leading production shows at sea in custom-built entertainment venues, overseeing technical and logistical aspects of stage productions, managing stage crew and support staff, coordinating schedules and rehearsals, maintaining show equipment, supporting load-in/load-out operations, and working closely with entertainment, technical, and cruise management teams. Candidates should have experience in stage or production management in theatre, events, or cruise entertainment, with strong knowledge of show calling, cueing, and stage technologies. Leadership, communication, organisational skills, and the ability to work in high-pressure live environments are required. Shipboard experience is preferred but not essential. STCW Basic Safety Training is preferred or the willingness to obtain it. The position offers a 4 months on / 2 months off rotation and a salary of $3500 per month worked onboard.
