Job summary

Faststream Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Assistant General Manager for a prestigious ultra-luxury ocean cruise operator. The role supports the Hotel General Manager in overseeing onboard hotel operations, guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and luxury hospitality standards across all departments.

The position offers a salary of $8500 per month worked onboard, a newly enhanced benefits package, and a 4 months on board / 2 months off rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant General Manager, Assistant Hotel Director or F&B Director onboard an ultra-luxury cruise ship.
• Strong leadership, financial, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience overseeing hotel operations across departments onboard.

Responsibilities

• Daily hotel operations across all departments onboard.
• Lead F&B, Housekeeping and Guest Services to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, cost control and financial targets.
• Develop and coach the hotel team and ensure safety standards.
