Candidates should have experience in aquatic performance or underwater stagecraft, a commercial or advanced diving certification such as PADI Rescue Diver, and knowledge of rigging and safety in aquatic environments.

The role involves operating and maintaining aquatic equipment for live performances and ensuring safety protocols during rehearsals and shows.
