Job summary

Runnr.ai in Utrecht is seeking a Partnerships manager to build and scale our partner ecosystem, turning alliances into revenue as we grow internationally. The role requires a strong network in hospitality tech, the ability to manage multiple partners, and a data-driven mindset to optimize performance.

You will work with consultants and technology partners, negotiate agreements, and report progress in HubSpot, directly supporting the Commercial team and the CEO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnerships, BD or tech sales with proven pipeline.
• Strong network in hospitality tech and hotels.
• Track record of converting partnerships into revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage consultant ecosystem with referrals and training.
• Grow technology partnerships; scope integrations and co-marketing.
• Own partner-generated leads and report in HubSpot.
• Represent Runnr.ai at industry events and manage partnerships lifecycle.
