Job summary

Vinted is seeking a high-impact technical leader for the Supply domain to shape strategy, scale systems, and drive innovative solutions.

Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will lead technically, set architectural direction, and collaborate across domains to deliver scalable, high-performance platforms. You’ll work with Go, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, and beyond, within a hybrid work model and a generous compensation package.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a technical engineering leader delivering major initiatives.
• Ability to communicate complex technical goals to diverse audiences.
• Drive clear architectural vision through collaboration and iteration on software design.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Drive co-creation of the domain’s engineering strategy and align with product vision.
• Own and improve the Supply domain portion of Vinted Marketplace.
• Set best practices for software engineering across the domain.
• Be a voice of the engineering team and lead projects across the domain and organization.
• Create and maintain a technical roadmap and involve teams in execution.
• Collaborate with other domains on shared deliverables and responsibilities.
• Review code and collaborate with developers via GitHub pull requests.
