Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision and long-term roadmap for the GCP cloud foundation and enterprise observability platform.
• Design and evolve core cloud platform capabilities: landing zones, identity and access management, networking, security controls, and policy frameworks.
• Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise observability platform based on OpenTelemetry standards.
• Build self-service platform capabilities and paved roads to help teams deliver independently and with less operational complexity.
• Establish and evolve platform standards, guardrails, governance models covering architecture, security, compliance and FinOps.
• Influence architectural direction with RFCs and ADRs for scalable, well-governed decisions.
• Mentor engineers across teams and collaborate with stakeholders to improve platform adoption and developer experience.
