Rabobank Utrecht is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker for Construction & Real Estate to lead strategic client relationships, originate deals, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Rabobank’s wholesale platform. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the Construction & Real Estate portfolio in targeted European markets.

• Act as sector specialist and champion innovation and sustainability in Rabobank’s client solutions.
• Expand Rabobank’s portfolio outside the Netherlands, with Nordic focus as applicable.

You build and maintain sustainable C-level relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and translate sector developments into concrete, client-focused solutions. You coordinate Rabobank’s delivery service and ensure a seamless collaboration of our internal teams.You & Your FunctionAs Senior Relationship Banker Construction & Real Estate, you continually look for opportunities within your existing portfolio and contribute to expanding Rabobank’s portfolio outside The Netherlands, with an additional focus on the Nordic countries.
